Good Manufacturing Practices
Edan Naturals takes a great deal of pride in the quality of products
we produce. We utilize our 2 on-staff chemists to create quality
formulas; after these formulas are tested for manufacturing feasibility
they are followed through our manufacturing process with documentation
developed by our quality control personnel. Every step in the process
is documented, including individually weighing tablets and capsules
every 15 minutes during production to ensure quality weights for
accurate formulas. Extensive care and sampling is utilized when
weighing raw materials for the mixing process. Edan Naturals also
retains samples throughout the process.
Edan follows good manufacturing practice guidelines and utilizes
a variety of outside resources for quality guidelines including
NNFA and a former FDA field officer. We offer in-house testing
and also utilize a variety of outside laboratories for testing
finished materials and incoming raw materials.
All through our manufacturing process we document weights and
double check our steps to ensure our customers are getting quality
products.
